I’m Emene Zimmerman and I am a photographer and film enthusiast based in Los Angeles, CA and Minneapolis, MN.

I have been a photographer for seven years and a film nerd since birth. Combining my passions allow me to draw inspiration from my favorite directors, such as Christopher Nolan and Denis Villeneuve, and the cinematography of Marcell Rév, to compose my editorial photoshoots. I am originally from Minneapolis but relocated to Los Angeles in 2019. I began becoming interested in photography in middle school and my love of the art only grew from there after receiving my first camera from my dad.

I am a versatile photographer with experience shooting editorial fashion, portraits and concerts. Each shoot is unique and tailored to each client. Paired with my cinematography knowledge every shoot embodies the client’s vision to produce photos that will last a lifetime.
